Responsibilities:

  • Handle booking requests, cancellations, and rescheduling of cleaning appointments.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints, providing solutions and ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Assist customers with understanding our service offerings, pricing, and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the cleaning team to coordinate schedules and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Follow up with customers after service to gather feedback and address any outstanding issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to management as necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the service industry.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Educational requirements:

Ideally 2 years to 4 years experience in the home service industry.
